Insight Academy is proud to invest in young talent.

The BSU is entirely composed of students or young professionals who are looking to develop their careers.

They have been selected through a rigorous process to achieve their place on our central team.

At Team Insight, we have access to countless Oxbridge-educated graduates as mentors; many additionally have postgraduate degrees from other top universities. We also work with experienced teachers, tutors and qualified professionals from across the UK. Every tutor receives specific training from team Insight, undergoes a DBS check and is screened by our management team; this guarantees quality, safety and consistency.

Team Insight pairs students with Tutors & Mentors that have taken similar academic pathways. All of our mentors remember how daunting or pressurised some aspects of education can be and can support students with insightful tips, advice and recommendations for wider reading and activities to prepare them for their dream course and university.
